By accessing fanquota.nanocorp.app or joining the FanQuota waitlist you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. ABOUT FANQUOTA
FanQuota is an early-stage product being built for fans who want fair access to high-demand live events. The waitlist is a demand-validation tool — joining it does not guarantee any ticket allocation, membership, or service delivery. We will communicate honestly about what is live versus on the roadmap.
3. WAITLIST SIGN-UP
By submitting the waitlist form you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The email address you provide is your own.
- You consent to receiving email communications from FanQuota as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@fanquota.com.
4. NO WARRANTIES
The site and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will be delivered on any particular timeline.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanQuota shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or waitlist service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €50.
6. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Use automated tools to scrape, probe, or spam the site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or database.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including the FanQuota name, logo, copy, and design — is owned by FanQuota or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which FanQuota is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
